Creating Dashboards with Google Data Studio

Use this guide to follow along during DML's Google Data Studio Workshop

Add a Global Map

Click "Insert -- Geo Map"

Use the average mortality rate as a metric to create a heatmap average maternal mortality mortality rates for 2015.

You can use the "Style" tab for the map to set the color gradient of your choice.

To zoom in the map to a smaller area, use the "Zoom Area" option to focus on "Subcontinent -- South America".
