Test Preparation Guide

This LibGuide is to direct patrons to the our current resources to help them prepare for their various certification exams. This includes three institutional USMLE test preparation resources and a myriad of texts (online/print) for various specialties

The First Aid USMLE Collection

This year Dahlgren Memorial Library has been able to add the First Aid USMLE collection from McGraw Hill.  The First Aid USMLE collection covers USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 study eBooks and includes high-yield facts, mnemonics, and images, as well as clerkship / specialty boards eBooks, and flashcards. Added functionality available with personal account.  There are multiple edition years available, providing even more questions to help you prepare for Step tests.

Step prep, however, is not the only benefit afforded by access to these eBooks.  As with Board Vitals and Exam Master, you can review questions for specific systems as you are working them during your preclinical years, including as study aid for curricular exams.  Just select a topic that you want to review and dive into the questions.

While these resources are also eBooks, this is a stand out collection that we've aggregated for easier access.
