DML Physical Facility

This is a general reference guide to use of our Physical Facility for patrons, with information on building access, TBL/BACC/Table reservations, facilities issues, and signage requests.

Reporting a Physical Facilities Issue

In the event that you notice a physical service issue within the library spaces including, but is not limited to:

  • Leaky pipe
  • Overflowing toilet
  • Toilet paper/Paper towel dispenser not stocked or dispensing
  • Light or Electrical Power Failure
  • Broken equipment (window/chair/table/monitor/etc.)
  • Mice

Please report this issue through the following submission form at your earliest convenience and state, 1) The nature of the issue, and 2) Floor and specific location of the issue. Please be as specific as possible as to the location of the issue so that our staff can photograph the location to submit the report to Facilities. Temperature Control

We regret to inform our patrons that direct temperature control for an individual floor is beyond the purview of DML. Any complaints regarding the temperature are to be directed to Linda Van Keuren.
