Information Services Desk

Stop by the Information Services Desk in Dahlgren Memorial Library located on the Ground Floor from 8am to 6pm ET Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays, to get the help you need.

Services

  • Student workers at our Information Services reference desk are available to assist with all patron inquiries regarding use of library resources and facilities and item circulation.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm
  • Telephone: 202.687.1448.
  • Please contact UIS at help@georgetown.edu for all computer and wireless connectivity issues.
  • Renewals are available through your Primo account. Sign in for access.
  • Research help is available from a subject liaison librarian.
  • Other services are offered by arrangement through the university's Student Accessibility and Accommodation Office.
