"Backflip" agreement: Each year between 2022-2024, five years of subscription articles written by Georgetown authors in Elsevier journals will be moved to open access. In 2022, articles published in 1994-98 will be moved, in 2023 articles published in 1990-93 and 1999 will be moved and in 2024, articles published in 1986-89 and 2000 will be moved. This agreement cannot be applied articles under consideration for future publication or articles published in years not mentioned above. |
