Submission Guidelines

Once authors confirm their eligibility for APC coverage using the APS Subscription Lookup Tool, they can find further instructions via Information for Authors

 Authors that participate are asked to include the acknowledgement statement:  funding support is in part from Georgetown University Medical Center.   

Is there a code needed to receive the APC support? No, affiliation/eligibility is tracked via the university's ROR ID.
