Welcome! This guide will help you interact with the eBooks in DML's collection.

Saving to PC

In order to begin the process of reading eBook chapters offline on your personal computers, please follow the steps below:

Start by going to DML's Books@Ovid collection to select the needed eBook. Expand the sections and select the needed eBook chapter to see a screen similar to the one below: 

Choose a text and open chapter - 5 minute neurology consult Gait Disorders

On the right hand side of the page, next to "Add to my projects", please note the "save" option. Select the "Save" option:

on the far right above title, find Save

You will be asked to determine how you wish to save to for Windows (PC users), Macintosh (Mac users), or something else. Choose the option you wish to save:

You will be asked to choose what file format you want

Once you select "Continue" you will have downloaded a ".txt" file of the chapter. From there, rename your document to something memorable and select a File Type that works best for you. You will now have your needed eBook chapter saved and downloaded to your personal computer.

Mobile Device

There is no method for saving Book@Ovid eBooks offline via a device.
