In order to begin the process of reading eBooks offline on your personal computer, please follow the steps below:
First, go to DML's Thieme MedOne Education collection and select your needed eBook. In order to view the needed eBook chapters offline, please select the "PDF" icon which can be found on the upper right of the screen.
Then, users will need to select the particular needed chapter to view in PDF. Once at the PDF screen shown above, roll over the top of the screen with the mouse to view download options. Select download to view offline.

In order to go through the process of reading an eBook or eBook chapter off-line on your device, please follow the steps below:
From a computer, go to Thieme MedOne Education and register through "Sign up for access from home" on the upper right of the page.
Next, follow the steps provided from Thieme in order to register for a free account. When filling out the form remember to use a georgetown or gunet email address.
Then, go through the process of installing the app either from Google Play or iTunes onto either a tablet or smartphone.
Once logged in, a list of the materials available will be present; select eBooks. Once the needed eBook has been searched for, select Download in order to begin the process of saving offline.
In this example, the book chosen was Advanced Pediatric Craniocervical Surgery
Once the title has finished downloading, go to the Download option, which is the second tab at the top of the page
Select the title link in order to be taken to the PDF of the eBook needed.
